Martin began his career with Donns LLP in 1991, where he joined as an office junior, learning a multitude of roles within a legal practice. Martin was then promoted to the position of RTA Paralegal in July 1993, taking responsibility for dealing with non-injury road traffic accident claims, until moving up to the position of Litigation Executive within the Personal Injury department at Donns in June 2000.Having joined 1ST CENTRAL Law in October 2015 as a Litigation Executive, Martin was promoted to Assistant MOJ Team Manager in July 2017. He has most recently been promoted to MOJ Team Manager, and is responsible for managing a team of solicitors and litigation executives in their day-to-day supervision, training and development.
